The course focused on the importance of each individual’s contribution to the community and the role of the Chow connects team in building a global community of practitioners for positive change. Chris Corrigan discussed the need to work in complexity, the concept of a “murmuration” to describe organizational behavior, and the importance of engaging more voices in the system to make meaningful change. The team also discussed the shift from a half-stuck, half-moving organization to a fully moving, self-organizing one, the application of improv in organizational change, and plans for future sessions.
